Ball and Tube Mills
JND Mills have been supplied to the gypsum, cement, mining, chemical, iron and steel industries. An in-depth knowledge of these industries enables JND to design equipment to suit the material grinding characteristics, moisture and feed, to the required product size.
Open/closed circuit operation for dry milling applications.
Rod Mills for coarse grinding, fitted with trunnion, end peripheral or central peripheral discharge.
Ball Mills for fine grinding fitted with trunnion or diaphragm discharge.
Pebble Mills can be supplied where steel balls cannot be used to avoid iron contamination and discolouration of the product.
Mills can be divided into compartments with separating grates for secondary grinding in wet and dry applications.
We can completely refurbish and upgrade your existing mill. We provide a high standard of product support from routine maintenance and repair, to the replacement of shell liners, trunnion bearings and drive component and on site realignment.
Crushers and Cage Paktors
The Cage Paktor utilises multiple rows of striking plates to offer selective stages of impact crushing, selectively crushing the material.
The Gundlach modular design roll crushers are single and two stage crushers that are designed for high performance on hard to size materials, offering a product from below 3mm to 50mm and above.
