Louvre Dryer Repair
Part and full relouvre of rotary louvre dryer. Work is carried out to highest standards in short time whilst avoiding contamination of surrounding area.
Ball Mill Trunnion Bearing Installation
Bearing induction heated before pre-assembly.
Dryer Wrapper Plate Weld Repair
Repairs carried out to the highest standard using TIG and MIG techniques with full NDT.
Ball and Tube Mill Refurbishment
Work can be carried out on or off site to extend mill life by many years. White metal bearings replaced by roller bearings, drives replaced, cracks repaired, liners renewed, condition monitoring and automatic lubrication systems installed.
Health Checks and Inspections
JND are experienced in carrying out site health checks and inspections to highlight potential and current problems and offer solutions. Findings can be presented in the form of a report.
