Split and One Piece Tyres

JND can supply one piece or split tyres, manufactured from cast iron, steel or forged steel.
Split tyre design enables the tyre to be replaced with the drum in situ without removing equipment such as hoods, casings, feed or discharge conveyors or burner equipment.
Whilst the tyre is being replaced, cracks in drum or wrapper plate can be repaired.
